GEOCACHING IS FUN

With GPS unit, treasure map coordinates and encoded clues in hand, Dusty Strickland set out on his first
adventure seeking four  the forty-fout treasures that have been hidden at SASP by Geocache enthusiatists.

"This is fun!"  he declared after locating the second cache and hot on the trail to the third one. The game
combines computer skills, a hand-held elecronic gadget, hiking shoes and spirit of adventure.  It requires a
bit of hiking in the outdoors, decoding clues, and some detective work to find the small containers of trinkets.
Finders can  take, leave or trade a trinket.  Or not.

Dusty found three of the four caches he sought.  He visited Bell's Point, saw the Prairie Dogs and got to
spend the morning with his grandmother, Ruth Jordan.  They both had a lot of fun.
